Giving all land back that was originally theirs would be just, but you're talking about all the land that exists. That would mean all government stepping down (local, county, state, and national) because those bodies are the current managers of the land and population in both executive and enforcement of laws ABOUT the land, people, behavior, taxation, budget, etc. Do I have that right? And if so, while again, it would be just, doesn't have a prayer of happening. You're talking about usurping all current authority.
I don't know what the answer is, but I know that if it can't possibly happen, and you have to agree it can't, time and effort would be better spent fighting battles which could be won. Thoughts?
P.S. I'm Chickasaw. Just doesn't seem even feasible that our tribe would go back to "owning" large swaths of Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky and Mississippi. See my point?
