Love the simplicity of this video! I teach Biomedical Science in high school and can show this to my students to help them understand how cells function through the action of proteins. So many videos and diagrams have an overwhelming level of details, but this one is understandable enough to allow them to appreciate the complexity. We just learned about nerves and I love how they can see how some of these proteins are utilized in another process.

Dude, that imagery of the process of the DNA, leaving the nucleus out the nuclear pores, to the rough ER, to the ribosomes, as the best way I've been taught how DNA actually leaves the nucleus and how proteins/molecules are formed.
