She's been beat down by a few bosses.. Steve is 100% correct in saying I'm here to help YOU.. She's seems smart and should be able to adapt to any work environment. You GOTTA believe in you!

She's just going through what a lot of recent college graduates go through. The competition is tough and it difficult to stand out. Everyone have a degree and some have more experience than you. After college, we all expect to get a job right away. We are all hopeful. We're smart. We have the credentials. Who wouldn't want to hire me? But you find out fast that everyone have what you have and it's hard finding a job. I live in NYC where the job market is especially tough. She will get her opportunity. Some are lucky to get it right away and for others it take a while but her opportunity will come. Steve is right. She have to walk in there as if she have other offers on the table.
