This is one time the writers got it wrong. As someone with autism, i can say that the most logical scenario with so little evidence would be drugs. However, i would not have formed a conclusion without more evidence. Jumping to conclusions is a neurotypical behavior.

Yeah, I’m in the hospital because I did something I shouldn’t have, that would be using a component of explosive devices that my brother stole, and I was dishonest and didn’t tell you absolutely necessary information, so now if you think I’m anything but angelic then you’re the bad guy

I dont watch the show. So i cant comment on the weapon issue. However, muslims are allowed to be touched by their doctors for medical reasons. I highly doubt this doctor was trying to touch her inappropriately. As a muslim hijabi, i do think this woman is being dramatic . As a hijabi, if i was to be having a medical emergency, the doctor felt the need to take my scarf off, i would understand 100%. People like this make muslim women seem overly dramatic and annoying. If you dont want to be touched by a doctor, dont seek help from a male doctor ! 😅
