Homemade is so much better, but I warn you that you will not like any other if you make your own. The hardest part is the waiting while it cooks and cools.

I'm not kidding that I have a fridge full of the glass jar cream brulee cups. It is one of my favorite desserts. The only issue is that my Sons keep taking my jewelers torches to caramelize the sugar instead of the kitchen torch. They leave them through out the house. I admit i really love relaxing in the bath at night with a nice cream brulee, and a nice drink. The jars come in handy afterwards.

Aldi has ones that are like 2$ and THEYRE EXACTLY like the glass jar ones shown here. Ive tried both and theyre indistinguishable.

One of the main difference between custard and pudding is eggs being the main ingredient in custard, I know a lot of people know this but for those who don’t. So it makes sense it would come off eggy
