Good day just got the octopus / octoplus box i currently have 100 credits.But i cant seem to get the connection. I followed the instructions to get in usb debugging. Im trying to Read info and keep getting the folowing message:

Platform: Samsung Android
Selected port: COM14
Selected model: SM-G920P
Phone was not found on the selected port!
Performed by 2.4.8 Software version.
