The fact that Sony doesn't pressure their Devs to continue a franchise just because it was successful and lets them move on to do different things, is one of the things that sets Playstation apart from everyone else and has made them so successful

I think there’s still life in Uncharted, especially as it’s the closest thing Sony has ever had to a Halo-killer (though we’ve since learned that MS themselves are the halo-killers). The PS4 was the first home console that Naughty Dog didn’t release a new IP on and it has been almost 10 years since TLOU, so I’m excited to see what they do next.

That smaller battery in the dual sense edge doesn’t bother me at all. As soon as it needs a charge, I just plug it in and I can keep playing while it charges.

There's no need to guess about TLOU Season 2, it's already been made clear that Part 2 will span two seasons. Most likely they'll split it where the game is obviously split.

Why is this shocking to anyone? Did anyone really expect Nathan to suit up for another adventure after Uncharted 4 literally shows him in retirement living a fun, adventurous life with his family?

Isn't it a good thing that Naughty Dog isn't risking the integrity of the series and letting it go out on a high note, or is everyone still mad at them for TLOU2 and thus everything they do now is bad?

I love my Edge so far. Lasted for 7 hours without a charge for me. My sessions last between 3-4 hours. So the battery doesn't bother me one bit.

Just started the Dead Space remake, it’s absolutely amazing. They nailed it. Happy we’re getting a season 2 of The Last of Us. It’s been phenomenal so far. Neil has said they have a story outline written, we’re definitely getting a Part 3.

I think I'll get the DualSense Edge somewhere down the line. I don't play games for very long when I do since I'm prone to headaches during playtime at about tow hours, so the battery life of both DualSenses don't frustrate me. SIE has some really exciting hardware coming, and I'm looking forward to picking them up.

The Dead Space remake is absolutely amazing on my PS5 so far.

This is the difference between ND and most AAA studios (Activision, Bethesda, Ubisoft, etc). They don't kill a successful franchise, creating new titles annually with content empty of innovation and identity. They create a story, probably in multiple games, and once it's done, they leave it there. They don't keep squeezing the series to get the last penny of rentability, losing the quality that originally characterized the series with each new iteration. I hope that if they feel there's no need for a 3rd chapter for TLOU (no matter how much I desire one, being TLOU one of my top 5 best video game franchises), they decide to move on onto the next project.

Dead space is definitely worth getting..
Passed on forspoken for this and was worth it.. I never had a chance to play the original one, So this works for me..

I have had my SCUF Reflex Pro for almost a year and its a great controller and I love it but this Dualsense Edge I got yesterday, IMO it is on another level. Battery life do not concern me because I never play without it being connected to the charger, so I never had any of my controllers die on me. If you can afford the Dualsense Edge I highly recommend it

My dualsense edge lasted 6 hour. I don't really understand the complaints cuz my game sessions don't last 6 plus hours. The price is no different then the scuf vantage or the ASTRO c40 that I own for the ps4, $200 is the normal price for a top tier competitive controller

Im totally fine with naughty dog moving on from the uncharted games, i really enjoyed the franchise, Nathan drake will be remembered as one of naughty dog's best established characters, but im very interested to see what they work on next

I'm excited to see new IP soon. Particularly interested in what Firesprite, Team Asobi and Pixel Opus are working on. I believe either Team Asobi or Pixel Opus might reveal & launch a game this year. (Reveal and set [firm] release date for later in the year)

I definitely agree with Neils comment on TLOU3. I absolutely loved Part 2 and wouldn't mind if that's how they left it. And unless people are forgetting, that wouldn't be the end of TLOU. The upcoming multiplayer project introduces new characters and tells a new story in the universe.

I'm excited to try Dead Space later tonight! My first time with the franchise, let's gooo!

I recently finished playing Returnal and I felt that game was a spark of variety I needed and want more of from PS. In fact, I think it'll be interesting once those teams up top reveal their projects.
What's so good about Returnal is that you could remove the narrative all together and it'd still be an awesome game because the core gameplay loop is fantastic.
While games like TLOU, GOW and similar also have good gameplay loops as well, those games wouldn't be what they are without the narratives.

HOGWARTZ IS LOOKING AMAZING. I'm glad I watched all the "HP movies last year to get into it. Prisoner of Azkaban was awesome. Good video "MBG 👍🏼
