China aims to achieve education for all

Almost three years ago, the Chinese government pledged to provide compulsory education to ninety-five percent of girls in the country by 2021. Boys have long been favoured traditionally over girls in China, and this has kept girls behind in terms of education. However, the government is confident that perceptions are changing and the country can achieve the goal of education for all. Al Jazeera's Marga Ortigas reports.

Al J. Did not specify that they are the ethnic minority in a very remote poor region of China but despite that condition is way better than India or Philippines urbans. 
Equality between men & women is quite high in China. Investment on boy goes further especially for the developing countries

P.s can i just say that i would love to just walk a cow about for 15 hours around green fields, its better then wasting your life in a office with a boss thats moaning at you 24/7
