I was born into a family who believed in lost salvation. I was saved at age 5. I lost my salvation 100+ times until I was well into my 30s and through the power of His holy word God showed me the truth of the believers security. It was then that God also showed me that I had truly been born again at age 5 and had been secure in Him the whole time! Hallelujah and thank you Lord Jesus for my salvation!

I've found that a true relationship with Jesus leads me to unification with other believers, not divisiveness. It has become very caustic between many Christian "sects" and that's sad. Paul Washer is exactly right, and I certainly appreciate this video detailing what needs correction. We are called to love one another and represent Christ.

Tozer and Andrew Murray are two scholars I listen to but I also like Oswald Chambers & my modern favorites are John Macarthur Voddie Baucham & Paul washer....I don't get into the whole Calvinism debate I have very little knowledge on it or Arminianism no one is saved by doctrinal beliefs or Theology no matter how sound they may be men are saved by JESUS CHRIST...I won't get into my personal beliefs because at the end of the day all that matters is that men get know CHRIST through HIS word...

We need to focus on the savings grace, by faith in Jesus Christ. We need to trust and obey to show ourselves approved for the reason of sharing our faith.

My advise is to confirm the teachings from preachers/teachers or anyone by READING THE BIBLE and ask GOD TO EXPLAIN/ SPEAK TO YOU AS YOU READ.
