Easiest Paella ever/Tarsan i Jane Foolproof Paella Kit!

I love to entertain but not necessarily cook. So I was very excited to try the newest venture by the fabulous Seattle restaurant Tarsan i Jane. They are now offering "Foolproof" Paella meal kit that home cooks can whip up in less than 20 minutes!

Check out how I did along with my 2 fabulous sous chefs! I can't believe how delicious this dish came out and the Iberico pork was restaurant quality tender. Mind you, this kit was shipped to me from Seattle to Vegas in 100 degree heat, and everything in the box stayed cool and fresh. I was super impressed.
