Honkai Starrail one is literally walking up the stairs no climbing animation.

Genshin Impact the animation on definitely climbing tho clips a little.

Z×3 is definitely the best one and extra respect she skips a step on her way up.

This makes a lot of sense, hsr doesn't care about exploration and optimisation so a small thing like this was forgotten, zzz only has small playable areas, meaning they can improve the collision, textures and animations way more and since genshin focuses on exploration, it lets you clip and stuff so that exploring is smoother and you don't start climbing ever single things you walk against

zzz is the most detailed with a better climb animation, then genshin with a decent climb animation, then there is hsr not even bothering to try
