To create a shortcut to an *existing* chrome profile (Win7 2019):

1) Open a chrome and switch to desired profile.
2) Goto: OR ("..." > "Settings" > "Chrome name and Pictures")
3) Click: “Show desktop shortcut”

OR

Edit the end of a generic chrome shortcut so it looks like this:
"C:\Program Files

For the first user on this computer you will need to use the word "Default" instead:
"C:\Program Files --profile-directory="Default"

To see all accounts go to:
Data
Some of the folder names will be chrome usernames.
