Can you make like Android App Tutorials, I really want to make games for Android

Hey Pogo, can you make some more tutorials on Bukkit? I have some ideas for you:
-An easier minigame, parkour (with timer, tp on water (which if you touch you lose), spawn, end)
- Prevent a player from moving an item in your inventory (both dropping and moving it)
-A way to make a cooldown on a command (I use the gun plugin and slow down the attacks) and then make it show time left
- Naming mobs (with color and bold, etc.)
- Making an inventory open when you click a specific mob (Like on ep. 33)
- Create a noise that only one player can hear
