Crispy Potato Tacos

Start by boiling your potatoes and get them nice and tender. Dump them into a bowl and season with @hardcorecarnivore Meat Chelada, add 1 scoop of spicy @sauce mayo and a handful of grated sharp cheddar. Mash it all together and this will be the filling.⠀

Add the filling to @caram3lo tortillas, fold over and fry for a minute or 2 until golden brown and crispy. Drain on a wire rack.⠀

I topped these with shredded lettuce, @sauce Hotter sauce and crema.⠀

No lie, these were delicious. Crispy, spicy, with a delicious potato and cheese filling.

They are originally made with corn tortillas, but flour tortillas look good too.
