On the topic of 616 vs MCU is effectively because of the Gwenpool comics, set in Earth 616. In one of the issues, Gwenpool and Dr. Strange see a theatre playing the Dr Strange movie, and Strange comments on how Benedict Cumberbatch plays him in the movie. But I mean, I don't think the cast wants to say everytime they acknowledge what Earth they're in

Alright let’s get one thing straight no matter how many times the MCU references 616 or calls itself earth dimension 616 it doesn’t change the fact that it is earth dimension 616 is the comic universe and is the MCU and to those of you who say i’m wrong guess what i’m sticking with stan lee( the literal creator of marvel) calling the prime universe 616 rather than kevin feige who made great movies but movies that we’re spawned from the original ideas of stan lee
