Taking square root on both the sides ..
(x -1) >0
So for x > 1 ...
f(x) is an increasing function ...
Is it the right way of doing ?

At 7:09 3(x-2)^2 is greater then equal to zero...
If 3(x-2)^2 is only greater then zero then it is strictly Increasing.
