I love this supportive message. This is what Candace has been saying all along; promote real health and get yourself healthy. Mental and physical health are not mutually exclusive. They go together. You can’t be mentally fit if you’re physically unfit, and vice versa. It’s been a journey for me and I’m learning too. Great job, Lizzo!

I still think Lizzo did things in the right order for herself. Before working out, she worked on self love and acceptance. Working out just because people tell you to and to satisfy their expectations and desires doesn't maintain the results. It won't make you genuinely feel better. You really have to get to a space where you *want* to do it and are ready to do it for yourself. And she did that. So, I applaud her for taking her journey the way she needed to take it.

She looks amazing . Thank you for being a girls girl on this . I bartended one of her concerts in Chicago and it was a blast. I hate how the media is trying to take her down. Makes me want to support her even more . It’s very fishy how they have turned her into a martyr, and I have a sneaky suspicion that she has wanted to get healthier & lose weight sooner, but the higher ups discouraged her and even used intimidation tactics to keep her big. She’s a beautiful and talented young lady who deserves to enjoy success and a healthy life.
