Saeco Vienna Plus - issue with brewing

I've been having this issue for quite a few months now. The cycle stops after it's done grinding. The red light comes on after the grinding is done.

Then, if I shake the door by opening and closing quickly but without fully opening the door, the brew cycle then begins and ends again with the red light.

Again, shake the door and in this case can open it fully and close it and the reset cycle kicks in, red light goes away and both green lights go on.

Can anyone help me with this?
