Amazon Prime is doing a pretty great job in developing adult themed mature superhero storylines. First The Boys and now The Power. Truly hyped! ❤⚡️

This looks really good! The part where the girl reanimates the bird back to life, I think I did that to my pet fish once. The water smelled really foul, like I think my brother or someone poured something in it, so I changed the water, and then within a minute or two, my fish started floating, and I was so FN'n devistated because I was so sure, someone put something in his water... but the water was clean now... and then this strange thing happened.... And I can't tell you what it was... I'll just say no I didn't create electricity or see little bolts of electricity between my fingers... I didn't envision the inside of his little body, and what had been affected or malfunctioned, I actually wouldn't be able to do that because I have aphantasia (the inability to form mental images).... I just I think, if what I could share brought Coral back to life, I don't think it should be shared considering, it already was shared between, me and Coral, and probably shouldn't be shared again... But Wish I could though, it was pretty cool.

So this show is demeaning and, in my opinion, simplistic and divisive. Women should be outraged and ban this show, like many shows that are demeaning to men. Telling them that the solution is violence and revenge.

What happened to mutual respect, healing, learning, dialogue, and everyone taking responsibility? We keep talking about it, but Hollywood seems to want to make money off the division, creating even more hatred and anger to make a dollar. And even if this were possible, a woman would turn on a woman. Because you killed the boy/child of a mother, do you think she will forgive you for electrocuting him to death?

The fact that people watch this show only shows how sick we are as a society and that massive healing is needed. The solution is all of us taking responsibility to empower ourselves, and to make things happen with respect for all life, not as men or women but as people, and stopping blaming everybody else like the victims or cowards you're comfortable being!

I said it before and I say it again, Amazon pick up Let the right one in and un-cancelled Paper Girls. Those shows are way better than this looks.
