Jim Nakano has owned The Donut Man in Glendora, California, since 1972. The shop is famous for its fresh strawberry doughnuts, a seasonal menu item that consists of fresh strawberries with homemade glaze stuffed in a round doughnut. The doughnuts are only served from February to September, and visitors drive from all over the state to taste them for themselves. Insider's Caroline Aghajanian visited the doughnut shop to see how the doughnut is made, the story behind it, and try it out for herself.

These are so freaking amazing. It's like a funnel cake with strawberries but these strawberries are actually fresh! They also have a peach donut that are good too.

in my country (netherlands) i go to 'PURE' it's the best donut shop ever!!!! They have oreo donuts, merengue donuts, red velvet donuts they are most famous for their frozen yoghurt
They have nacho grilled cheese🤤
I love it they have every donut you can think of and the weirdest grilled cheese

They amount of strawberries is so generous. Also the fruits looks fresh 😍

We got the same in Germany but with less strawbeerys but additionally we get vanilla pudding on it. I love it!

I live nearby and always drive by with my family. My husband said he wanted to try one so last week, Thursday, feb 13th, I randomly went out at 10:40pm and decided to drop by since they are open late. Apparently everyone else had the same thought. The line was long at 11pm mid-week. I got jelly and the strawberry donut. All delicious!
