The 2028 Olympic Games will be held in Los Angeles. While that’s good for tourism, LAX is in a dire state of renovations. The question is, will they make the massive expansion in just 4 years, while never closing the busiest airport in the world?

I’m looking forward to these upgrades. For those coming to the Olympics—there’ll be few tourists—I’d suggest Long Beach (LGB), John Wayne (SNA), Burbank (BUR), or Ontario (ONT) as many of these airports are closer to the sites for games.

Constantly repeating "busiest airport in the world" when a quick google search can tell you that statement is false. ATL is first, LAX isn't even top 5.

T1 and T9 have been cancelled. The updated projection of increased travel needs didn't justify these

This video's continuous statements that LAX is the busiest in the world are galling. Was there any research conducted for this video?
