Heck yeah!! The filler primer makes it look so much better!! Another nicely painted finished product. Didn’t say this in my other comment but you have some really clean paint lines which makes your stuff stand out from everyone else’s.

If you did want to go that next step beyond, weathering/metal shine would be it. Simply adding some metallic black or metallic white paint on key parts(such as the bolt cover or trigger) as well as creating some silver or metallic black shine spots on common wear areas(like the corners of things) can make it seem more realistic. (You already use metallic paint but making it uneven/certain areas darker or brighter really captures the metallic look beyond just painted silver) And maybe you could even do some end of barrel discoloration to make it appear as if it has been fired as well.

Edit: also doing some black or dirt wash will help raised bits stand out more and appear more realistic. There are several YouTube videos that explain how to do it really well. For the clear electronic panel on the ray gun specifically, that clear coat does a lot but not enough, maybe try to put some plastic overtop such as from a soda bottle to really make it pop.
