High school referees statewide at odds with LHSAA

Some referees across Louisiana are calling foul on the Louisiana High School Athletics Association for not holding up to their end of a deal.The referees said they were promised a pay raise in 2011 if they got more training. They said they did, but never got the raise and some even had money taken away.
