The 21st will not belong to China. The real point is that the West should abandon its neoliberal ideology and go back to growth and shared prosperity. It is not culture, dictatorial rule, or work ethics that create a rich and powerful country, but a conscious economic policy. China has a good developmentalist, interventionist economic policy, and the West should learn to reject its own neoliberal doctrines.
