Join Sascha Segan as he explains the Snapdragon X75 5G Modem-RF system and how this 5G Advanced-ready modem works using real-life examples of these new features. Beyond technical specs, Sascha demonstrates on-device learning to prevent calls from dropping by selecting the right cellular network. You will also see how, using a mildly spicy visual metaphor, Snapdragon X75 streamlines 5G connections from scattered channels.

With our Gen 2 AI Processor, Snapdragon X75 unleashes a 2.5x improvement in AI processing power compared to the Snapdragon X70 Modem-RF System, while the new AI-based sensor-assisted beam management extends access to the millimeter-wave cell closest to you to get the best possible connection.

Thanks, Sascha, for walking us through just a bit of what makes the world’s first 5G Advanced-ready modem so special.

Awesome way to explain a complex topic. Thanks for the "explain to me like I'm 5". The bell pepper was unexpected 😂

Does x75 provide much benefit over the x70 in markets where there is no MMwave services or devices that do not offer MMwave?

I live in the boonies and cell service connectivity is bad at best. It doesn't always happen in the same spot, but I can walk around my neighborhood and I know I'll drop a call. I need something that can get a connection and hold onto it. Will this new X75 do this? Will it at least be better than the X70 modem in my GS23? BTW, we're supposed to have 5G service where I am, but it's low band and even with it being low band, my phone usually connects to LTE.

let me tell why it doesnt matter, there are no routers/modems available for consumer market, and its already obsolete in terms of the technology itself, sdx80 is already here and yet i have to use my samsung fold for hotspot instead of actual router with 10gbe ports and external 4x4 mimo lte-a, 4x4 mimo 5g :D seems abit counter intuitive to come out with sdx35 while people use 2000+€ phones for hotspots because there isnt a 1000-2000€ 5g router that can band lock and cell lock :D while any sd8gen3 pohne has been out for over a year, but they lack proper cooling so speed throttling is a issue (same goes for my mr6500 which sucks #shitfirmware)
