Baby Movements at 20 weeks pregnant with PLACENTA ANTERIOR!

The placenta on my 1st 2 pregnancies was at the back so I was able to see and feel movements very early on. The last 2 pregnancies have been with placenta anterior, which just means that the placenta is located on the very front of my belly, acting as a pillow, and therefore preventing me to feel more. Now if this is what you have, don't feel discouraged, while yes we can't see or feel as much, it doesn't mean we won't at all. I feel movements more than I see them. For example, this baby has a secret party every night where I swear she is practicing kicking like crazy :)

I thought it would be helpful to show what to semi expect to see at this time with an anterior placenta. (obviously every case is different)

24 weeks anterior placenta and i can now feel his almost every movement im really suprised how much ive seen and felt his kicks considering my placentas both low and at the front

It's my first baby and I have an anterior placenta. Ive felt movements from 16 weeks only a few times and very light and then felt nothing for a few weeks. At week 18 I felt them again and it got more regular. Week 19 I was becoming familiar to his movements and started feeling stronger kicks and now at 20 weeks and 4 days me and my husband have both felt with our hands his kicks lightly on my stomach 🥰. Sometimes his kicks really shock me where I'm just surprised how strong but unbelievable it feels 🤣
