All of my reviews are based on a 10 point system.

1. Price Tag: 0 -- TOO PRICEY FOR AMOUNT!
2. Packaging: 1 -- Pretty packaging, I like the dropper.
3. Availability: 0 -- Always sold out.
4. Color Selection: 1 -- Good color range
5. Application: .5 -- Tricky application. Need a specific brush
6. Appearance: .5 -- Clings to dry patches, less coverage than I PERSONALLY would like.
7. Feel / Finish: 1 -- Pretty satin finish... silky feel.
8. Longevity: 0 -- Very cracky in dry areas. Oxidized.
9. Touch-up Ability: 1 -- Nice with touch-ups! Makeup stays on face.
OVERALL SCORE: 5/10

The foundation is obviously too dark for her face but it matches her neck and chest perfectly. That's how you're supposed to match foundation to your skin. So that it blends easily with your body.

Why are so many people saying she needs to use the concealer and primer? If you pay for an expensive foundation you should not need other products!!

"It's because you didn't use the primer and concealer that goes with it" ok but that's a waist of money.. So whoever is saying that is dumb. Why spend 40 dollars on a foundation that can't even cover you fully without buying other products for it to work? There plenty of better foundations way cheaper and better.

Every product from them I've used I hate, it is horrible. This was exactly how the product worked on me. Horrid. Anyone attacking her is obviously a "presenter" lmbo she is great.

I just wanted to say, i really loved your review i found it very fair and covered all aspects.I am a younique presenter and i feel other presenters miss inform the product, the liquid foundation is NOT full coverage, so i dont understand why people advertise it as such, it even says it on the website under product info, its medium coverage! Yes you can layer it...And also, its definitly not a product for dry skin (as you've seen) liquid foundations are not advised for those with dry skins (look it up, i looked into this yesterday as a customer asked me about products for dry skin)If you've got regular or oily skin and want light to medium coverage, then this will be the product for you, but if not then definitly look some where else.

Finally a review that was truthful about this product. I tried this with the primer and it didn't last all day and barely covered.

hello. I have acne on my skin and I feel that it works best with a Concealer. conceal the blemishes and then this overtop, your skin would be Flawless. I also feel that the colour is not right for your skin. I don't use the younique brush but a similar one and I literally only use 3 drops for my whole face/neck.

she DID prep her face and showed what she uses for EVERY review video so that all the reviews she does are on an equal playing field. she did an exceptional job of reviewing a foundation, especially this one that has tons of sharpie markers on girls faces showing how great the coverage is while they are fast forwarding through their coverage and then suddenly magically, sharpie is gone and they look totally perfect. this video is the best review i have ever seen of makeup and i've watched hundreds of makeup videos. there's no honesty in using a primer. there's no honesty in using concealer to help a $40 cover-up actually cover up blemishes, especially if it can't even cover acne but it can somehow mysteriously cover black sharpie!!!

use to be a presenter but didn't really like the make up. I have $300 worth of products and choose my other makeup over younique. the new mascara dried up and I'm unable to use it $30 mascara in the trash only used maybe 3 times. they refused to exchange it even though the upline said there were issues. not happy at all with younique

I am (used to) a younique presenter. This foundation works for people with really good skin condition, it does wonder ( honestly) for people with flawless, blemish and acne free type of skin, I unfortunately don't have one, the mineral foundation was one of the reason I joined younique but when I got it, I was really disappointed with the lack of availability of colors and of the fl oz. it's 39$ for 20ml while Estée Lauder double wear is 34 for 30ml and double wear does better job. As for application, just like what she said it really doesn't cover acne breakouts and at the end of the day it gives dry patches. I only use the younique on my good skin days. It's a great product don't get me wrong, it's just not for all skin type, and it's really really expensive. I give this foundation 6/10!

If you have to use the corresponding products to make the foundation work like everyone is suggesting, I feel like that's a waste of money and you have to spend a lot of time working with the foundation. From a MUA point of view, you only need two things to make a product work: a good primer and a good foundation. I loved this review and I would like to review it at some point to see how it would work with my skin and undertone as no one sells pale olive foundations but Younique seems to have pretty good pale friendly shades but I can't get past the $40 price poitt

I love unbiased Younique Reviews! :) I do agree, that when any foundation is applied onto " dry " skin, especially without a primer on our skin as a base first, that the results will not be as beautiful as what is shown in the videos by Younique reps in which primer was applied as the first step. One of the most valuable " tid bits" I have learned is just as we would not paint a wall without priming it first, and we would not paint a wall with our hands, we too need to remember to prime our face and use the correct tool, and not to use our hands. Younique has a liquid foundation brush that pairs with our liquid foundation. However, I personally love to use the liquid foundation with our blusher brush, which is $7 cheaper than the liquid foundation brush and allows for a "quicker spread" of the foundation. Since this liquid foundation dries to a soft, matte powder, it makes sense to use it with our blusher brush. ( Keep in mind younique's brushes are rust proof and built to last a lifetime ). To my knowledge, the iphone's and android's camera's are of extremely high quality ( part of the reason the phones are so expensive ), & anytime my videos are uploaded, I choose the option for them to be " uploaded in HD". I personally feel the foundation looks great on you, but I do think that you will be happier with your results if you apply a primer on your face first. Primer most definitely fills in fine lines, wrinkles, and gives an " even ground" to work on. It allows for less foundation to have to be used, etc. The good thing about Younique's primer, is it is 93% all natural, made with only 8 ingredients, not sticky, and it is SWEATPROOF. Anytime I wear makeup at the gym I am sure to use our primer first. I have to say I disagree with this liquid foundation being light coverage. I would call it medium, buildable coverage without a primer and when applied with the wrong tools. I would call it full coverage when applied with the right tools, on top of skin that has primer on it.

So many idiotic reps saying "she should have used the concealer and the primer!!!!" she didnt use a primer or concealer because the video is a foundation REVIEW and she wanted to see how the foundation performed on its own. PLUS, when you're paying that much for a product it should be able to cover at least half well on its own. Are you all dense or what
