Great Edit, but Wally West is way above Low Complex Multiversal.

Destroy a universe in DC = Hyperversal. Since in each of the universes there are infinite higher dimensions, remembering that Wally West betting a simple race with Barry Allen almost destroyed the entire DC Multiverse. Wally has already stated that he is Omnipresent, in addition to running faster than the acceleration force itself... any speedster with an absurd speed can destroy universes, thanks to the Infinite Mass Punch.
