😪😪We also have this same problem in Somalia. The government wanted to ban this evil practice, but some clerics have objected. Bear in mind that there's no authentic source in islam that promotes FGM.

That's when you will understand that all politicians don't put first the people they voted them in power rather they are afraid of religious leaders and the so called Fatwa
