my father started the family tradition of placing each coffee ground one-by-one into our portafilter. while he passed long before seeing the final result, i've continued his work and i now have 16.047 grams perfectly placed in the filter. it's an unfinished work of art. we've charted our daily work since my father began and based on that work, i expect to be finished on june 23rd 2024.
