❤ I love to add books on sale also 🎉 I have friends who look out for them at flea markets and yard sale and bring them to me (so guess they know it’s my thing). 😊 I also went o my first homeschool used/new sale and really had fun going through the used book section.

If you’re doing ancient history I found a series my kid loves called The Histronauts, it’s like graphic novel of kids traveling to that ancient time and it presents a great overview of the material as well some activities. My kid caught on to so much of the information it presents and it’s not very long.

Love this! These are the kinds of books my Mom picked up used for us when I was a kid. It was WONDERFUL to have all those books at our disposal to explore when we wanted some entertainment - and it provided us with a very good, broad education without us even being aware of it! (This was before the internet, or even the VCR - and we were only allowed 2 hours of TV a week). I watched your video the other day, and liked your Grammar Land suggestion. I downloaded it from Gutenberg, and am reading it just for fun - it's a delight. Thank you!
