Its his guitar, and it is scraped up a bit...but GD it why would you do that to THE Peter Green/Gary Moore 1959 Les Paul? Notice theres no PH or GM carved into but we know exactly who owned it.

I caught two picks when i saw them for And justice. the one Kirk threw right to me I kept. the one I caught when James threw a whole box of them into the crowd, the guy in front of me said that hit me in the head. and I said here and gave it to him because i had one.
