I kinda like that, if it detects that you’re having to make too many manual corrections, it just keeps it manual, which make sense. It’s safer than constantly switching

It locked out because you didn't grab the wheel when it started blinking red, the audio cue only happens when theres a delayed response from you after a red flash, the car assumes your not paying attention (or theres something wrong with the sensors) and locks you out for awhile or untill next key cycle.
