Texas Attorney General suing Biden Administration over election monitors

An Election Day battle is underway in Texas as federal election monitors are being sent to the state even after Texas said they can't. FOX 26 anchor DaLaun Dillard has more after the Texas Attorney General filed a lawsuit against the Biden Administration for the act.

The Constitution protects voting rights making that the federal government's responsibility. It gives the States power over the basic mechanics of elections within the bounds that they don't violate voting rights.
