Yes SP is fast, hits hard and so on but Jotaro does not. He is just a buff, smart human being. He wont be able to help himself against a sharingan before it happens and I doubt that 1. SP can block the strength/size of Madaras Jutsus whithout Jotaro getting hurt nor that 2. Madara would let Jotaro near him. Yeah SP can stop time and then walk up but Madara survived worse attacks.

Depends on which madaras form, if madara ten tails jinchuriki than madara wins cuz he has insane regeneration and defense, he survived 8th gate of guy which is so powerful, when jotaro use time stop and do his ora ora madara can survive bc of regeneration after time stop jotaro will get clapped bc of meteorite

Jotaro wins, Madara cant see Jotaro's star platinum and Jotaro can tine stop and star platinum has an insane punching speed and its own punch litteraly destroyed Dio's the world hand and if this fight became Jotaro (SPTW) vs Madara, oh hoho Madara's dead because Jotaro has PTSD there and Jotaro can still timestop but longer and has now an insane durability + more speed than usual and even Madara 10 tails cant even escape Jotaro because of star platinum and the timestop but if Jotaro (Stone Ocean) vs Madara, Well Jotaro would win but he got nerfed his speed and strength was nerfed as i said earlier Jotaro would win, but he would win at Extreme diff.
