If I got to pick then just a regular water bottle but if there were no other water bottles in my area I would definitely pick the hydro flask over the Stanley.

But you can turn the stanley's thing were you put the straw and when you turn it it is not spilling so much but just a little bit or sometimes more but not as much as when it is not turned
