I tried the recipe with a little modification! Before tempering (not added curry leaves though), I strained the chach and it turned out awesome

Masala majjige is done in many more types and I was searching for the taste of packaged mysore majjige styled one... but whatever I tried... it didn't get the same taste. .. the mysore majjige which we get packaged in karnataka is the best one.. and knw what guys this masala chaas tasted the very same.. just add garlic too. I really have no words hebbars.. Thank you :-)

You have to churn out butter of this mixture, in order to get the residue liquid which is called "buttermilk". You are simply making the curd watery.

The last part(jeeta seasoning) could be avoided. Instead we could have added jeera in the mixie
