Great video man, tons of value. However, I got to the split by product part and got stumped.

How do you split by product? For example, I want to send one type of email to those who abandoned an item from the "Botanical Collection". Do we use a conditional split or a trigger split? What do we put in the input text boxes for Klaviyo to recognize the targeted item?

hi Max, what if someone adds a product to their cart, leaves it for a day, comes back, goes to checkout and leaves it there. Does this person recieve both the cart abandoned aswell as the checkout abandoned flow? (Much love from the Netherlands, your contenct is valuable even here :))
