LEAN BITES: Process Mapping

A "bite sized" look at Process mapping. A highly visual tool that simply illustrates the major activities & sequence of a task or process. A simple but powerful tool that can be used by anyone in a number of different applications: 1) understanding the current state to assist in developing a potentially improved future state, 2) as a pre-cursor to creating a documented procedure or, 3) as a pre-cursor to a value stream map.
