I had a Geo Metro, too. 3 cylinder, 1.0 liter engine, got 55 mpg. Best car ever!

Drove it for 7 years and sold it for $900 less than I paid for it originally. It paid for itself and my next car.

It was white, and my friend named it "the egg". It drove great in the snow, but it kinda was a "beer can" on wheels. Luckily I never got squashed 😂.

If inflation continues to re-accelerate, don't you think they will be forced to increase interest rates? It's not like they have the option to just stand back and watch it increase and hope it comes back down. They indicated they will act not just if it does not re-accelerate but if it does not demonstrate, it is actively on the way down to 2%, so the likelihood of an interest rate hike seems very significant. There's nothing to naturally bring inflation down at this point unless the labor I've been engaged in active trading, which is generally safer, allowing investors to weather market volatility and also managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 24Bitcoin....I'm especially grateful to Adriana Jensen, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.

My Toyota Prius is a generator in case of total power outage. All I have to do is connect an inverter and keep the power on and when the battery gets low, the car automatically turns on and charges up that battery that powers through the inverter and powers whatever AC, powered appliance I have, like a refrigerator or freezer or lights. And I have a vehicle that I get 50 miles a gallon.

I watch a lot of money channels like this and the most important thing I've learned from them is that there's far too many games being played by far too many people in our economic system.
What I dream about isn't making money. I dream about there being no such thing as money. And people spending their time building things and with family. Rather than spending so much time trying to manipulate and game the monetary system for personal gain. Constantly trying to take money away from someone else with these manipulation games.
I often wonder how humans will ever evolve into an actual "advanced society" when they insist on playing all of these games with the currencies.

I think the signs of recession and worse are becoming very clear, and if you have any doubt, stay tuned for the remainder of the year.

to your point about mass timber: from being on the architecture side, it's really difficult to make these projects pencil out. there are reasons to do it, and it is possible to find ways to argue for overall lower costs (especially if say your foundations can be minimized due to the reduced weight of structure, lack of adtl finishes since the wood is the finish itself, some efficiencies in terms of construction schedule, especially if you have a mass timber producing plant nearby that is capable of doing what you need(especially this last point is underrated)), but perhaps because of being in its infancy in the US (definitely not in Europe), seems like every project I stumble upon that proposes to go that route gets Value Engineered to concrete. if things are going to progress to cost-saving measures across the board everywhere, it's difficult to see how a still somewhat exotic (in the US especially) structural system can gain much additional ground if it remains financially exclusive if not prohibitive compared to others. definitely optimistic about this, but also definitely still in its infancy in the US (again, compared to Europe where this isn't too big of a news story). maybe lots of opportunity in US. and likely even more so on east coast where industry isn't as developed as on upper west coast.

Im finally understanding everything you're saying after listening to you all the time. It makes sense now. What I can't figure out is how to get rich off of knowing this information. I'm struggling with how I use this.

Back in the early 1990s, many small businesses had their credit line pulled. They self-funded for many months and then when the banks came back and said let's do some deals the small companies often said hell no, not now. That hurt the banks and they started to have layoffs.

Is this title a spin of an old title on the economy that brings us back to where it all started? Somewhere near nowhere.
