I don’t think Neuvillette has k. Eyes, I think it’s a dragon thing, much like Zhongli’s being sightly different as well. (Neuv. Has a slightly more sharp one while Zhongli’s are more of a small oval/full diamond, and k. Eyes are like star diamonds) but I could be wrong idk, he is a dragon so he could very well be from k since he fits the desc of having a pale complexion with light eyes.
