Avi Vantage Installation in VMware Environment (No Access Mode)

I know this is an old video, i am trying to deploy avi no acces smode in esxi, however i am not getting the part where i can enter the controller IP, thus the SE end-up in state where it cannot find its controller and reporting the error of
fatal error, unable to get the controller ip, restarting.

any suggestion ?
