These are simple tips that worked for me a great. Prior to, I didn't take care of my skin, but now that I've started, I've observed nice results within one month:
1. Drink warm lemon water in the morning.
2. Do 20 minutes of yoga.
3. Eat fruits like banana, apple, or grapes 1 hour later.
4. Put multani powder mixed with rose water onto your face and neck for 10 mins.
5. Cleanse your face with litllextra ricebberry face wash for a glow and brightness.
6. Stick to your daily work schedule and have breakfast within 2–3 hours after waking up.
7. Drink lots of water to remain hydrated.
8. Include cucumber and yogurt during the summer.
9. Use solely natural products on your face. I use coconut oil, and it functions well. Don't touch your face too much.
10. Before going to bed, wash your face again with same ricebberry face wash and apply coconut oil.
