U.S. Said to Release Evidence Showing Russian Hacking

- the report is a crock o' 5#it. It is 13 pages long with 9 pages being
copied straight from cyber security best practice. Not a report, a
training manual. The fist 3 pages include an introduction (page 1) and
on pages 2 and 3 a substantial portion of each page is taken with a
second grade diagram. The report provides the finding that a political
party was infiltrated in the summer of 2015 and again in 2016 by two
RIS. The report does not provide any details of how they determined the
two infiltrators to be RIS. It also then gives a full page to listing
the 46 user names said to be the user names, used by the two RIS. With
user names like Tsar Team, X-Agent and OLDBAIT I wouldn't be surprised
if Donna Brasil was asked to come up with a list of user names that fit
