Allyson is the GOAT in the category of "not tainted by drug scandal" or coming from the drug "free for all" Drugs were responsible for moving track from being a major sport to a minor sport. The impact was even bigger on women's performance than on men's. Allyson was the best thing to happen to women's track and field Hard to compare her to Babe Didrikson and Blankers-Koen; and for me Szewinska, JJK and FloJo get put in the "free for all" era even though they competed "clean."
