Xiaomi Pocophone F1 Review

The Pocophone F1 isn't officially sold in the US, but it sure makes us want that was the case! Sold in Europe at the rough equivalent of $350, it's mind-boggling how it packs a top-shelf Snapdragon 845. It's a very interesting first effort that we wish is going to see a broader distribution in the future.

Great phone. Fast, great screen, surprisingly good ui, terrific battery, and I don't mind the notch and small chin. The only downside is the camera in low light conditions. Can't beat this phone on this low price.

Im surprised that one of the biggest feature in F1 didn't got mentioned.

F1 have an embedded sim card, but xiaomi use it in smart way. If you went to asia or Europe, you can turn on the embedded sim card and have unlimited internet with only $1/day.... This feature called MiRoaming, and I think its one awesome feature for travellers.

I love the camera.
I love the speed.

I love that you can still use the phone while updating.

I love that the battery is well documented. Like you can see the last time you charge it and how long you used the battery before charging.

its the best VFM phone without giving cheap quality to consumers..am user of poco F1...initially there were lot of negative reviews regarding build quality and camera etc...all those issues laid to rest..using TPU cover for poco f1 along with regular screen guard, have dropped phone 2-3 times from 1 meter height but not a ounce of damage to body, screen guard cracked which was expected...accidentally dropped phone inside water for 2-3 seconds...and no issues(except audio which took a bit of beating)..rest all working flawlessly...for 300$, SD845+ 6/64+ 4000 mAH+ dual rear + 20 mp front + great audio...its actually a killer phone...the only downside as mentioned below is low light cameras which is average but not best..really happy with upgrade from redmi 2 prime...all in all...my next phone is going to be POCO for sure even for 400$ if rear camera is improved!..hats off Xiaomi and POCO.

Just flash the Pixel Experience rom on this beast and it becomes Pixel 3 on steroids. (with toned down camera ofcourse)

I think you were on 4k when you were shooting that video
I did not see any EIS on the works with that footage
EIS kicks in at 1080p but some other camera apps let's you film with EIS on 4k
