E-40 Discovers Portland’s Underground Food Scene || InstaChef

Cliff Skighwalker and iconic rapper E-40 are on the road to visit chefs elevating deliciousness! The two food fanatics kick off their Portland trip at Everybody Eats, where Chef Johnny whips up a lobster mac & cheese that makes them rethink cheese and seafood pairings. Then, they make one last stop with Trap Kitchen to try pineapple bowls that perfectly balance savory and sweet.

Chop it up with chef Cliff Skighwalker on Season 2 of “InstaChef,” where he and his celebrity friends tour the country’s underground food scene! There’s a network of chefs delivering their food to people through Instagram, taking success into their own hands to make better lives for themselves and their families. I’m 32 and been listening to E-40 since I can remember. We used to sneak my cool older cousin’s cassettes and bump 40 lol. Bay Area native now in PDX. As a Mexican I will always support black artists, products and businesses when I can cause when they fight for themselves they fight for us!
