Aurora50 Inclusive Workplaces Summit 2024 - Day 2

Under the patronage of HH Sheikha Shamma bint Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, and with the presence of several leaders and sector directors, Aurora50's Inclusive Workplaces Summit continued on day 2 at Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination.

Day 2 continued with a talk about the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Initiative from Madeeha Rahim Rasool, Operations Manager at Topland, a fireside chat on shaping the future of employment for POD, a panel discussion on navigating employment opportunities for POD, a talk on returning to work after acquired disability and a presentation by Bollywood actress, POD and power lifter Aarti Shah.

Focus groups on specific disabilities or challenges followed lunch, then a session on accessibility and inclusion of workspaces from Dr Sumaira Kiran Charles, MBBS, Cert. Healthcare Management (USA), Certified Professional Medical Coder (USA) and Andrew Faulkner, Founder and CEO, Topland.
