Tunisian brik (pronounced breek) is an awesome collection of flavour, this one consisting of egg, parsley, spices and mashed potato fried in a thin wrap. Brik can also have tuna in it and other ingredients but this one was something special!

If you come to Tunisia you have to try it, it would be rude not to!

Well my country have a wide variety of different original dishes for sure but i wouldn't call the brik the best one outta them tbh

Some street food is worth having yes but maybe try traditional home made dishes too, if you have a tunisian friend i bet they'll show u true tunisian hospitality if you asked them to help you try tunisian home made food
