US President Joe Biden has been mocked after he began randomly yelling during an address at the White House.

Biden’s White House speech on Thursday was for an event on curbing gun violence across the US.

Social media users roasted the oldest-ever sitting president’s strange moment where he also touted a lie about gun ownership.

“Actually yes, you could own a cannon, and the language is very clear. The right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed,” wrote one user.

On Thursday, President Biden signed an executive order aiming to address the growing threat of gun technologies such as 3D-printed and ghost guns.

If the second is not absolute then neither are the other nine. The founding fathers put the right to bear arms right after free speech. That’s how important they knew it was. It’s not about hunting it’s about defending the country against a tyrannical government that wants to take away the Bill of Rights altogether.
